Fernando Polo is partner and CEO of Good Rebels , a digital agency and consultancy that has grown rapidly since 2009, to become a 120+ people, 7+ M € company, working from 6 offices with clients like Santander, Spotify, IKEA, Toyota, L’Oréal, BBVA, Telefónica Movistar and many others. He is a well-known and regular speaker at seminars and conferences and teaches digital transformation in IE Business School, EOI, University of Piura (Lima), and other business schools. He publishes articles in different media about business and digital strategy and the concept of Business 2.0.
Fernando has been working in the digital arena for 20 years now. He co-founded a social media monitoring software in 2001, and an online corporate blogging platform for small and medium companies in 2005. Fernando started out as an Industrial Engineer, and holds a Master in Business Management and Marketing from the EPF Foundation in Paris. He worked at IBM BCS (formerly PwC Consulting) and has been a director of several Internet companies.
